Jodi.C Home products are fabricated in our Shanghai Studio and shipped to our distributor in Singapore for Distribution via Singpost to our Customer's Address.
1. Singapore & China Local Shipping:
For small and light weight items below 1 kg, we do not charge our customers international shipping fee as we send bulk orders to singapore every Friday to help everyone share the shipping fees. You only need to pay for local singapore postage fees if any. Total waiting time for this option is 8-12 business days from date of ordering.
Announcements : Due to COVID-19 logistics adjustments by courier company. Packages Leaving china need to go through strict customs check. Packages to Singapore May have additional delay of 1-5 days and packages to Malaysia, Korea and Japan 1-2 days delay. Please speak to shop if you have a time sensitive order. Thank you.
2. Direct International Express Shipping: ( for all other countries)
We do not have distributors outside of China and Singapore and thus we offer direct express shipping via SF-Express from shanghai to other countries. For bigger checked out items, or with a combined weight of 1kg and beyond, we will also recommend direct shipping. The charge is SGD$25 for 1 kg and SGD$10 / per additional KG. Express Courier takes about 4-6 days to arrive at your address in Asia and about 8-10days for other countries outside Asia. Please use an office or residential address with someone to receive the package during office hours. A missed delivery could mean a much later date and time for a second delivery. All import taxes imposed by receiving country to be borne by recipient.
Most of our items are handmade and made only to order, there is often a queue for custom items. The fabrication time for bags is usually around 2-3 weeks. Please contact shop to ask about each item’s lead time if you have a time sensitive order.
General information:
1. We generally do not accept refunds and returns as our items are mostly customized to your preferred size, fabric or color. We also have several sanitary products. However. please speak to shop if you encounter serious faults or defects and we promise to work out an amicable solution or compensation for you.
2. please allow for 1-2cm size variation for all handmade items.
3. All obi bags should not be washed or soaked in water, no dry cleaning and no ironing. Please speak to us if you need advice on maintenance. For other products, please refer to cleaning label.
4. We use preloved second hand kimono obi fabric, please understand that vintage fabrics may come with some mild stains or needle holes or creases. It is not because your product is used or preowned, nor is it a manufacturing fault. If the threads on the embroidery frays, please cut off and do not tug.
5. Please contact us if you experience problems On placing an order or get an error message saying we don’t ship to your particular country. Sometimes the automatic shipping fee calculation may go haywire if the total weight of the items is too heavy, in that case we always suggest to use our international express courier service.
6.For all payment methods other than PayPal, you need to make a manual transfer of funds using your own internet banking app. Our online store will not charge you on check out. Please contact us on WhatsApp if you encounter payment problems
